We didn't have to bother to meet many banks or insurance companies trying to get many offers, and the best rates. They did it for us. Also, they proposed us the best solutions for us, knowing a 94% debt, for 6% personal funds, allowing us to avoid withdrawing our "2ème piliers" ...
